The OPAC AGM and Awards Gala could not be a success without the assistance of our valued vendors and service partners. We recognize this valued partnership and want to ensure that you receive the most products for your support. We have developed the Exhibit Registration with this in mind.

 


Small Booth = $2,300 + HST

Includes

  • 10X10 area, with carpet
  • Electricity
  • Wifi accessible via the Caesars Windsor WIFI
  • Delegate lunch and break area on the exhibit floor
  • Opening addresses on the main stage of the exhibit floor
  • Key Note Speaker on the exhibit main floor stage

 


 

Vehicle Booth = $2,700 + HST

Includes

  • Area large enough for one vehicle, no bigger than an ambulance.
  • Electricity
  • Wifi accessible via the Caesars Windsor WIFI
  • Delegate lunch and break area on the exhibit floor
  • Opening addresses on the main stage of the exhibit floor
  • Key Note Speaker on the exhibit main floor stage

 


Extra registrations = $300, includes conference and Gala/person
