Dear EMS Suppliers & Service Providers,
We are pleased that you are joining us for the annual Ontario Association of Paramedic Chiefs (OAPC) Conference which will be held on Tuesday, September 22 to Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Caesars Windsor Hotel in Windsor Ontario.
The 2015 trade show will be your premier opportunity to present and promote your products and services with the leading decision makers for Paramedic pre-hospital care in Ontario. We are proud to continue to offer this opportunity for direct dialogue between our association’s membership and our valued vendors.
With your participation, we anticipate that our 2015 OAPC Conference will be a great success. This year’s conference theme is Taking Care of Others, Taking care of Ourselves (TCO2) in Today’s World. It will promote cutting edge professional development and educational programs for our delegates and vendors. Paramedic services throughout Ontario look forward to the annual Conference, and especially to the “one-on-one” opportunities the Trade Show affords. We continue to allow maximum time with the vendors during dedicated networking time on both days and during breaks and lunches.
The Trade Show hours are as follows:
Wednesday, September 23rd – 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 24th – 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Vendors with vehicles should be ready to move into the area by 8:00 am on Tuesday September 22nd. We ask that you park at the East parking lot entrance of Caesars (map attached) prior to the set up time and OAPC conference staff will assist you to the loading dock area. All other vendors are invited to proceed directly to the loading dock area (map attached) to complete their booth set up between 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Tuesday September 22nd.
Volunteers will be available throughout set up times to assist as required. The vendors are asked to be ready for showcasing at 7:30 am on Wednesday, September 23rd. Tear down will occur on Thursday, September 24th after lunch at 1:00 pm.
Vendor booths are 10’ x 10’ each and will be supplied with one 2’ x 6’ table, two chairs, a waste bin and wireless computer access and a 800 watt, 120 volt Quad Outlet, (approx.. 6 amps). Hard wired computer network services are available, but at an additional cost to those who wish this service. Each vendor will be responsible for setting this up with the venue at their own cost.
By way of e-mail, each vendor will received the Caesars Conference Centre’s Exhibitor Services Kit which outlines the rules and regulations along with shipping and handling instructions.
We ask that each vendor submit a corporate description and logo, to be included in the conference program, to email@example.com by September 1, 2015.
